I lived here for a year, and that was quite possibly the worst place I could have ever lived. The maintenance staff really sucked, things would fall apart, cars got broken into, one person across from me, her water pipes busted, another across from me had a grease fire, the power went out constantly and they would have pool parties and call them "block parties" they were more like "black parties" cause that is all I saw.

I agree with this person totally, 200%! They act like nothing is never important, take long to fix stuff, make promises and never come true. They want their money on the given date, but still dont want to fix anything. maybe they dont know in order to make money you have to spend money. When are they gonna relize that these apartment are old and needs to been renovated completely. This is some real bull

i agree with both of you,this place is the worst place to live the best thing about this place is the sign out front. but for all you people that live here let me tell you what to do and i've got them by the balls, call code enforcement on they ass and you will get it fixed,i have written down everytime i report a problem and they don't show up,i've got a friend at fox news that was here when they had the fire and they will help out if i get a problem, but people be smart don't let them gas you make them work for this rent you paying i know i am.
