I should have left when I had to switch apartments due to a roach investation. Then there was the time my door wouldn't lock and maintance NEVER came. I ended up going to an ATM at 2am to pay a lock smith. But the final blow was the notice that an assault had occurred on the premise. (I won't mention the frequent gun shots, they kind of lull me to sleep now). Three words: Run don't walk... to another apartment.
