air conditioned broke, called it in and didn't get fixed until over a week later. They never give customer the specials advertised, They always say that special just ended and then give a higher price. The apartment already has hundreds of roaches before you move in. Then you notice all of them comming out after you've already signed the lease. The staff charges bogus charges when residents does not want to stay and re-sign another lease. Too cheap to fix the apartments. So they try to take money from residents to attempt renovation.
