I lived in Wynthrope Forest for a year and a half in both a one bedroom and two bedroom apartment. It was fantastic!!!! Friends would visit and turn green w/ envy!!

I came across Wynthrope Forest by mistake. I passed it to visit another complex in the area, whose name I will not mention, but DO NOT recommend. Ew! After visiting the first place, I decided to drop by on Wynthrope. I'm so excited I did. The staff was positive and professional. It's a gated community. I was shown both a model and an empty apartment (which I believe matters. If these aren't maintained, what will they do with mine''') The floor plans are spacious, the layout is welcoming and aestethically pleasing, it's all electric, has garden baththubs, and walk in closets! I was loving it!! As we drove around, the grounds were impeccable, and no junk cars were sitting in the spaces. The parking was ample for me, the tenants and guests! OH, and the balconies were SCREENED IN!

The business center leaves a little to be desired. It's really two outdated computers, but they always have paper, and they are always working. There is a fax and a board room table. The laundry room is affordable (hell, cheap!) and the fitness center is well.. okay. Two treadmills, one bike and an automatic weight station.

I signed on the dotted line, stayed a year and a half, and only moved because I left the state! I recommend this place to EVERYONE! The staff is great! They know me by name AND apartment number! The maintenance is phenomenal! Efficient and Prompt! Kind, too! Everything I saw when I got there was the same the entire time I stayed there. I must admit, the 3 bdrm apts may be a little more of a challenge since children and families are there, but they are clustered together, so it's not much of a problem for single women like me.

OH SAFETY IS AUTOMATIC! I never was concerned about someone coming up to me without warning, or had an unnecessary concern for my belongings or vehicle. There was one incident while I was there. Nothing else. It just is an outstanding place to live!
