I began my lease in April, 2009, and I had repair orders from day one. Shamille was my leasing agent, and she was very professional and polite. Since April, we are on our fourth rotation of staff and management. We only had use of the pool for about one month, because it could not pass inspection. From what we were told, corporate would not give the money to fix it. Our "security" gates are broken most of the time, and the thugs have free reign to come and go as they please. The courtesy officers are hardly ever present, and the business center they advertise, is a pretty room, with computers that work as fast as a snail, and a printer that has been out of ink since April. Our so called work out room is a sweat box. These were the amenities that brought us here. Paying almost $900.00 a month to live here is too much, when they have a sister property in south fulton with a bowling alley, functional gym and business center, and their rent over there is only a little more than what we pay here. Let's talk about bugs!!!! I have been living with bugs since May, and they still can't get rid of them. If you are considering leasing here, don't let the pretty landscape fool you. After signing your lease, they do very little to correct the issues at hand. You might as well be living next door. At least you get what you pay for!!!!

Wow...unbelievable! It was nothing like this last Nov. 2007 - Nove 2008. I guess when staff change, things change. I am sorry for your experience and I hope things get better for you.
