I cant wait to move out!! The manager is NOT friendly whatsoever, does not really care to help you out and when the manager its in a very matter of fact way an usually sarcastic and rude. We have had the fridge to stop working, the drains & toilets stop up VERY easy and no matter how bad the leak in your ceiling is (Im talking from just slight discoloration to sheetrock falling down) their way of fixing it is to way until it dries on its own and then putty and paint over it. They dont care about mold or looks. The grounds are always littered and there are several wasp nests where children are supposed to play and adults wash their cars. And if you dont buy a garage for your car, expect to have it banged up because the residents are CARELESS!! Teenage guys roam around after dark and I have been followed while jogging (right after the sun goes down) a few hours later when I take the dog out. Its ridiculous!! You cant walk outside your apartment at night without being yelled at (profanities and sexual comments)and/or even followed up to the stairwell to your apartment. Kids are outside without an adult and they scream and curse and fight and the parents are no where to be found. A few months ago a few kids started a FIRE in the field next to the complex!!! The residents are unruly and out of control and the management is either oblivious or just doesnt care!! And if you are under the age of twenty seven dont bother trying to talk to the manager, because the manager will treat you like you are five years old!! STAY AWAY FROM HEAR!!

I totally agree with this review! It's 2009 and nothing has changed around here! Management is definitely rude and maintenance...what maintenance?! I have had the same filter in the a/c and heating system for 6 months!! Tried to replace it myself but Walmart didn't even have the correct size for it! There is no such thing as safety here either!!! People do wander around at night and make comments to you as you're trying to get from your car to your apartment. Its very scary especially if you live here alone! The equipment in the fitness center is always broken from kids playing on them. Parents do not seem to care where their kids go and what they do around here!If you have a nice car it won't be nice for long! People will back into your car and not even care! Cars have been egged and I've even seen busted eggs in the breezeways!! It's gross!! Making friends with my neighbors is one thing I haven't done due to all of the things that go on around here. It makes you just want to keep to yourself and hide in your apartment! I've been fortunate so far but it's hard to live comfortably here. I really want to get away from here but with the way the economy is these days, this place is all I can afford for now!! If you can afford to pay a higher rent, definitely stay away from here! It may look nice from the highway but trust me it's not worth it!!

The maintenance staff here is the best I have ever seen in any complex. The supervisor of maintenance is very professional and courteous and repairs all problems as soon as they can get to them. They do have almost two hundred apts to maintain with everything. The current maintenance staff is the best maintenance this complex has ever had. All you have to do is file a work order with the office staff to get anything repaired that is needed here. I think it's a great place to live! I have lived here since it was built in 2003 and absolutely love it. All the current staff are very friendly and professional.
