If Ledic would make this beautiful place into a senior citizens or adults only apartment complex, everything would be great here. I hope Ledic reads this suggestion. I am not the only one who feels this way, as a lot of the tenants here would like it to be this.

You are so right. It's the kids who ruin this place. Nothing ever seems to be done about them except move them out then move more in just like them. Stop paying tenant referrals when they only refer more like themselves who don't have any respect for anyone else's property or personal rights, and end those ridiculous move-in specials and a lot of this never ending chaos would stop.
