The apartment building is old. You can see some defective place especially windows and bathroom. You can hear neighbors' noise thru the wall, or ceiling always. You might step dog's dropping in the back yard. A dish washer never work at kitchen. Some of wash machines or dry machines in the laundry do not work and you do not know which one until you try. Maintenance get into a room without notice, never leave any note about what they did. If you ask some maintenance, you do not know if they come or not unless you call after. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
