Old, lazy, good for nothing

I have lived here for almost a year and I can barely wait for my lease to be up sp i can get out of this trash hole.
My dish washer is always breaking, The air conditioner is so old it freezes up and quites all the time.
We have to call the office all the time about it and they never fix it.
They have an emergency number to call after the office closes, they never answer it or return your calls.
We have a leak in our upstairs bathroom and its leaking into the bottom floor amd they say it's ok, it's just a cold water leak.
The staff and maintanience workers are rude and our no help at all.
They don't care

I believe we all feel the same.One thing I can say is that the new maintenance man Bill is wonderful. Very nice and repairs once not five times .The manager is rude and not very professional at all.What a -----.And the lady at the front desk is just lost.She is too busy with family and cell phone to even write a work order. I watched her put my work order on a scribble pad.Whom ever owns these apartments really need to take a second look at what is goin on.I also hope while I reside here we dont lose Bill.

I dont feel the same and sorry you do! Bill is awful he came to fix one of my appliances several times and said nothing was wrong with it. Well needless to say it had to be replaced after I had to replace my food in it. The only thing Bill is good at is standing around smoking cigs all day. Im sure they dont pay him to do that! He is HORRIBLE!! The manager has never been rude with me and seems very professional when im in the office. Im sure this is the same blogger from the last blog I read bashing the office personel because you want their job. Ha if you had a job at Heritage Pointe we would all be DOOMED!! Once you guys are no longer tenants im sure Heritage Pointe will be a safer place to live!! Much LOVE,PEACE, and HAPPINESS

on the response about the front office.... i am a former employee and i have to say that they don't care!!! Neither does the owners!!! all they want is your money!!! they pay bonuses for renting apartments... check your next door neighbor i bet they have felonies and some maybe sex offenders, the office nor the so-called corp office does not care and Kerry she could give a rats a$$ about the place as long as it is rented!!! and that my friends is the honest truth!
