Not too bad for the money - While this was definitely not the nicest place in town, it was cheap, and you get what you pay for. We rented a 3 BR 2 Bath place for $495, and it was livable. (Made for college kids!) The rooms were average size, and while we had quite a few problems that needed to be fixed, maintenance responded same day each time.

Not thrilled, moving out when lease is up Definetly superior rental rates, it's tax credit, so way cheaper, but like the person said before me, you get what you pay for. If we are renting again, which we are, we are going somewhere else. Not happy campers.

AWESOME! Neighbors are very friendly. I moved down from Tenn. and didn't know anyone. The staff introduced me to a few people, and now we all wave at eachother in the parking lot.

Would NOT reccomend! I cant wait to move out!! The manager is NOT friendly whatsoever, does not really care to help you out and when the manager its in a very matter of fact way an usually sarcastic and rude. We have had the fridge to stop working, the drains & toilets stop up VERY easy
