No onsite manager, no security, you have to pay your rent 5 mi. away or mail it, "exercise room" hours are 10am til 1pm and it isnt usually open even during hours,extra fees to use the postage stamp sized pool which closes at 8pm even in the summer, extra fees and deposits to use club house. all in all they mislead ...Full review of Fort Town Place
