Very old buildings, very very very poor management. Guy named Randy sucks. There was no water for 2 days in our building. I asked for credit for those 2 days, I was told it was not their fault. No regret on their face at all. I called to let them know that my fire alarm needs new battery, answer you should replace it. I called about bulb change, I was told we don't replace those. There is big big problem of cockroaches and other bugs. Gas bill are always over charged. In summer you spend more on AC because of the old building and leaks. Don't be attracked buy rent because all utility bills (Water Gas Electricity) adds up and makes rent quiet high. Avoid this apartment at any cost. You will regret big time. I am glad now I am not living there.

The apartments really are SPACIOUS and clean on the inside. JAMCO took these over and completely renovated them. Go check them out.. They really are a good deal for the money. Now that JAMCO took over the place really is much better than this poster describes.
