Living here was HELL!

I lived at Harmony Bay for about 11 months in 2001. I chose it because of the cheap prices and close location to 400 and the perimeter. What an awful mistake! The staff were horrendous from day one. Maintenance was sporadic. Small problems were fixed OK. But a huge dripping water stain in the bathroom ceiling over the toilet simply grew and grew with no help or response from management. This thing was nasty and moldy. Obviously the toilet upstairs was leaking. When I bought a new condo, I moved a month before my lease was up and just paid the extra months rent. I was so happy to move out of that hellhole.
The apts are spacious. But they are old, dirty, and badly maintained with lots of problems. Really big balconies... mine was infested with wasps. My neighbors were OK, mostly quiet singles. But while I was living there, there was no pool or laundry. I had to drive five miles south to a nice laundromat next to the Kroger on Northridge to do my laundry. The parking spot is "assigned" when you move on but I had other people parked in my space all the time; no one enforces it. The whole place was depressing. Don't move here!

The apartments really are SPACIOUS and clean on the inside. They do NOT make em like that now days. Go check them out.. They really are a good deal for the money. Now that JAMCO took over the place really is much better than this poster describes.
