harmony bay apartments are terrible. a few reason is parking. the parking lot is overcrowded. if u report something wrong with your apartment it takes them weeks to fix it, if they ever fix it. people that work in the office are horrible customer service skills. they also fail to mention about any warnings they give you, they just go ahead and charge you for something and not tell you. also they have a pest problem in they apartments, crappie air conditioning units, loud neighbors, bad trash problem, and if you think you wanna move here because it is cheap you better think again.
