When I moved here in 2000 it WAS a nice place to live. After about 12 management changes later it now resembles Mexico. Illegals abound here and along with them comes their attitude and their deplorable way of living. The office is now staffed as you would guess by --------. No longer is English a spoken lanuage around here all notices are left in spanish and english is an afterthought. My ceiling in the living room and master bedroom were falling down and it took their mexican work force a week to replace the living room ceiling and a week to replace the masterbed room ceiling. I came home one day to find them finishing the placement of the plasterboard in the living room and asking them if they were planning on putting insulation back up , in response I get the usual no speake english, OMG! I am so sick of the attitude of the mexican horde, a sorry excuse for maintance. After the ceiling repairs I get a notice on my door to this day I still cannot figure out what they were trying to convey, the english was worse than a second grader, but from what I could deceipher they wanted to paint the living room and master bedroom after they spackled the ceiling in both rooms the walls needed painting, that was two years ago and the walls still need painting. It took them two years to repair a hole in the roof that allowed all kinds of rodents free access to roam around my ceilings using it as a restroom and crawling in the walls creeping me out at night when I am trying to sleep. The placement of new a/c units about three years ago was a big deal right' For some maybe but alas not for me an ant hill resides right next to my unit and the ants short circuit my a/c unit about once a week, try telling the idiots that they need to kill the ant hill instead of having my unit go out every week and they just give you the blank stare the usual no speake english and go on their merry way. The landfill that piles up around the trash dumpster is sickening, but then again the illegals are used to that kind of living. These buildings were built in the 1970's and par for the course it should have been bulldozed along time ago, if you love to pay sky high electric bills due mostly to the lack of insulation in these tenemants then move right on in, but know this your assigned parking space you receive when you move in here is by no means yours, anyone and I do mean anyone can and will park in it. And the response from the office is you deal with it, oh and by the way the horde of children that roam around unsupervised will and do crawl all over your car, other tenants will park very close to your car and make darn sure they hit yours whenever they can, there have been shootings, purposely set fires, breakins, no doubt a endless list of assorted other crimes commited here. But then again that's what you get for living in a third world country. Don't even give a moments thought of living here, it will not change is never going to change, this property was slated to be condemed a few years back, but they saved it from a quick death by giving the dump a spartan face lift, new toilet , whoopie! A cover over a crumpling concrete patio that could fall any day, and new a/c units that suck the life out of your wallet and work when they want to, not enough could be done to save this dump from being condemed in my book. But hey if you just find yourself here after illegally crossing the border then this is just the right place to make you feel like you never left home. Don't run , go past it at the speed of light and never feel like you missed out on a good deal because you haven't nor will you ever!

You are so wrong about Aspen Pointe Apartments. I don't understand you, if you dislike this place so much, What are you still doing here? I live here and i like where I am. The work orders that i put in they get done within 48 hours (at least) of the time that i called it in. I live in a townhouse and my electric bill isn't outrageous. Yes, there are spanish speaking people in the office and around the community. But there are other races as well. Different people live in that community. I highly disagree with your racist remarks. One thing the apartment community provides a courtesy officer, which i think is a good thing. All you have to do is call the office and the answering service gets a hold of the courtesy officer. They wouldn't tell you to deal with someone parked in your space. I've called the office and spoke to the answering service and the courtesy officer got a hold of me and i he got my car towed away. I have no roaches or any kind of rotens in my apartment. I couldn't live like that. And for you to say that rodent are coming in the hole in the wall. That means that your pig and that you live in filth. Seriously, what is your problem if it was so bad, why did you stick around and wait 2years to get your apt. painted. For you to say so many negative things, you must be a bitter person who has nothing better to do than to look at everything in a negative way.

Yeah right...If that was the case then your apartment's rating would be a lot higher. Multiple people are complaining about this place. I can tell when some one from the office makes a statement on this site. It is normally short and direct.
