I've been here for about 2 years, and I haven't had any problems with residents at all. Maintanace is great!!! they take care of requests in a timely manner and are very polite. Office personel.. very profesional!! And I'm very happy with the apartment layout. They have the largest floor plans around the area. The location is also great. i currently live here and I agree that they have the largest floor plan for the price that they charge. The layout is great and there is always someone maintaining the grounds throughout the day. They could improve on maintenance though as well as trying to controll the roaches. that I think is the biggest downfall. The office management could be more friendly and professional. I don't think that the management cares enough about the property to make a difference. The gym facility and the basketball/tennis courts are horrible, they are overgrown with weeds and look like somewhere that drug addicts could hang out. If they worked on these things then this would be a great community to live in. It is easily accessible to all the major highways and malls. I feel very safe living here compared to other communities in the area. The owner of the property should check on the management and hhold them accountable.

Complex has had problems with people being attacked at night. Notice a lot of men hanging around mailbox area, and many men being picked up for day jobs, and landscaping/painting companies. Too many people per apartment (code violations). Landscaping poorly maintained (dead plants, no grass, just GA clay in many spots). Residents don't use stairs, they go through dirt, and track dirt on landings. Many patios are overflowing with stuff, look awful. Won't renew lease due to safety issues (poorly lit at night). Very limited English speaking residents, mostly Hispanic. Trash area is always a mess, and often broke on the weekends (and overflows onto drive). Apartments need a face-lift (on outside, as well as inside). Buildings are sinking (look at cement on lower level, cracks all over). Poorly insulated apartments, I've never spent more on utilities at any other complex! Can hear neighbor blow nose, go the bathroom, alarm going off in the morning. Will be glad to leave!

The last post referred to a perpetrator who was caught and locked up by Roswell. There are no problems now. We are working hard here at Aspen Pointe to improve some of the issues noted here. We are blessed with big floor plans and a super friendly staff and have improved much since these posts.. Please come by and give us a look!
