need to work on amenities. The gym equipment needs to be fixed. Thhe one threadmill that they have is broken and you feel like you are going to fall off (potential lawsuit). All the other equipment needs fixing. Please control the roaches, they are out of control.They also recently removed a dumpster from the back so that a bunch of mechanics can use the area to work on cars, bad move. Now the residents in that area have to drive their garbages to the compactor in the front of the property, bad move. Does the owner of the property Jamcro properties know this' I don't think so. They need to upgrade the cupboards in the kitchen, cheap material used...and it shows.

Mariana and her staff work very hard to make Aspen Pointe the great place to live that it is. She is working hard to improve any thing that is not right. She is the best!
