When I lived at Autumn Ridge I have the worst air in the world. I sent it to management in writing and every other way. My apartment was falling apart. Water had come in through the outside of their building into my sons wall and messed it up. They never fixed it. Never fixed the air and had the weight room and pool closed when I was there. I have never had any problems of this sort. In fact, when I called my A/C in at 11:00pm on a Saturday night Jose came over within 30 minutes and he fixed the problem right then and there. I have had nothing but great pleasure living here and am greatful that my family and I found such a wonderful neighborhood to live in.

We have had nothing but great experiences with the staff and their prompt attention to any problems we had. I am confident that I could not have chosen a better community for my family to call home.

I think most of these reviews are being posted by management to get a higher rating. Getting your a/c fixed at 11pm on a Saturday night sounds too good to be true, come on Saturday night!.....don't buy it!

If there is a problem that requires imediate response, they are there. I blew a circuit breaker at night and it was taken care of that night. I have had very good response from the staff and management. They don't need to post false ratings. They earn them!

Actually I live there too, and they really do come out at all hours of the night.I came home late one night to discover we had a water leak from our water heater. I called the office and left a message on the emergency part of the phone system. I had a call back in 20 mins and someone to my door in another 25. That's a 45 min turn around time at 3:00am. Yeah, it really is that good. Not only was Alex at my door in 45 mins, but he scheduled the service on my apartment so they would not bother me when I was trying to catch up on my sleep. All this, and he was a really good sport about being pulled out of his bed at such an ungodly hour. They really do earn every bit of praise they garner here.
