We found Autumn Ridge through apartmentratings.com when we moved to the area. I had no idea where to land, as we moved here from Ohio. Autumn Ridge had the best rating here so we decided to check it out. We have been here now for two years, and it has been a great place to land for a number of reasons. 1) It's quiet. We barely hear our neighbors and they cannot hear us-- and we have two boys! 2) Access to East Roswell Park has been a tremendous benefit to our family 3) The staff has been exceptionally helpful and professional. We have never had a problem getting things fixed or replaced as needed and in a timely manner. 4) The staff holds multiple events and parties that are geared toward adults and kids alike. It contributes to a real community feel and makes families with kids feel welcome and valued. 5) The schools are great. We have a son at River Eves and it has been a great experience.
