I am have now lived at this community for a few years. It's still not the worst place I've ever lived, but now it's certainly not the best. When Tiffany and Marcie were in the office the place was so well run and cozy. It seemed to be an oasis in the middle of Roswell. Now it's slipping into the usual habits of every other apartment complex, lazy and difficult. The office is hardly ever open anymore, and forbid you have a problem, it is taking longer and longer for them to get back to you. We will be moving to the condos down the street shortly. Same price, same basic neighborhood and I can be ignored in more space.

I agree for the most part with the recent comments. However I do think Tabitha is trying and has limited resources. It would be nice for them to fix and update the exercise room and update some of these outdated utilities. Why I don't plan on renewing my lease here because its no longer worth the money we pay its not a bad property anymore its just not the high end property it used to be and no longer worth the higher rent.

I have been a resident here for a very long time and I am very pleased with whole staff. Alot of people dont like changes but we have to learn to give these people a chance to prove themselves. Although I have had some issues regarding work orders not being done in a timely manner but overall with all of the events and nice neighbors I love it here and wouldn't move!
