when I moved here this property was great. The two ladies who worked the office were awesome and stayed on top of everything. The new two ladies not so much. The treadmills in the exercise room is and has been broken for sometime. Even know we complain they do not get fixed. There have seem to be some shady residents who have moved in recently and while the manager seems to be trying to make a honest effort to keep the place up her assistant is useless and rude. Her assistants boyfriend is shady as well hanging around when the office when the boss is not there. The maintenance personnel is good if they get the message there is a problem in your unit. Still a good solid property in the area but it seems to be losing its swagger recently.

I'm the manager and I'm very sorry that you feel this way. I would like to respond to the fitness center concern. Unfortunately, the treadmill was missing the safety key and we had to re-order one. The part actually came in (finally!) yesterday and the treadmill is working now. I apologize for the delay. As far as qualifying residents, we have not veered from RAM's standards and everyone is approved the exact same way. If you have any other concerns, please feel free to stop by the office or call me and I'll be more than happy to speak with you!

I just recently moved in to my new apartment and I'm not sure how the property was run before I arrived but the manager and her assistant have been very welcoming so far. I have not experienced any rudeness as the comment above suggests. As far as seeing a gentleman around the office, that's accurate but completely harmless because he's mainly sitting in his vehicle waiting to pick up the assistant from work. I don't see how that affects how the property is managed. Nothing "shady" appears to be going on around here.
