I live right across the street from the office and the guy everyone is referring to hanging around or the assistants husband or what not seems harmless to me but you never know. I have read some of the other post and agree with some of it, but the dog poop situation is a pain but in all fairness I regularly see people coming off eves rd, with their doges who don't live here and have to scare them off because their letting them poop and taking off, so its not just the tenants with dogs leaving the mess. Anytime I have dealt with Tabitha she has been nice and quick to respond. I think a lot of what we see going on here is also a result of the economy. A lot of the people moving in have never lived in apartments before and are having to get used to cohabitation for the first time. The only real complaint I have is the age of the heat and ac units reap havoc on my wallet if it gets really cold or really warm because during those times it cost a arm and leg to run them. Overall though the maintenance men are top notch, My door handle fell of a few days ago early in the morning and the new maintenance guy was walking buy not even working yet and still came up and fixed it. I really think Tabitha is trying extremely hard to keep everyone happy and this is still the best complex around despite the higher rent prices. If it was really getting that bad we would see a higher turn over rate then what we do.
