I've read some of the negative reviews and have NO IDEA what they're talking about. We have live here for about 1 1/2yrs. It's true that the previous office personnel were exceptional but the ladies that are there now are doing well. We did have an adjustment period with the transition of the staff, but I have to say that things are getting better as far as getting used to the new faces. Other then that, this complex is quint, quiet and clean. It's not a big complex, so there's a "community" feel here. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

I've read your response and wonder if all those who are complaining perhaps had unrealistic expectation. As I stated previously, this complex is quiet, clean and the office staff have been attentive as well as the maintenance team. I have seen the efforts they've made in trying to bridge the gap with the exceptional reputation of the previous office staff. I know that you can't please EVERYONE, but I just wanted to let other potential tenants know that this complex IS nice and I happen to be one of many who enjoy it here. As far as other complexes which appear to be "much nicer", just remember that the grass isn't always greener.

If by nice you mean extensive termite damage. Kitchen appliances that work to a minimal standard to not be considered broke. Plumbing that constantly backs up and fuse boxes that you can on occasion see spark at night only to have the staff tell you they see no problem then yes this is the place for you.

We want to assure everyone that there is no termites on the property. We are termite bonded and have our baits checked on a regular basis by Arrow Exterminators (records are in the office as proof) and they have found NO activity. So, I can assure you there are no termites here. Of course, it would be addressed if there were any to be found. As far as plumbing, kitchen appliances, and sparks going off in your apartment, we really urge you to personally come and see us at the office so we can take care of what you think we are ignoring. If we don't know there is a problem, we can't fix it. If you are that unhappy, we would absolutely like to make you happy. Don't hesitate to call. Thank-you.
