I once posted a positive review here, but now, after 4 1/2 years of living there and watching it slide downhill, I have only the lowest opinion of the place. I moved away after living a month-to-month once my lease expired while I was purchasing a home. Autumn Ridge had a one month security. I gave notice and moved out at the end of January. Two months later I get a letter from a COLLECTION AGENCY telling me that, in addition to keeping my deposit, they also feel I owe them another $900! EXCUSE ME' I had head from two other tenants that moved out that they had been threatened and that the management team had made it extremely difficult to move, but I thought, oh that won't happen to me because I have lived there so long and never been any problem. I guess I was wrong!!!!! Bogus charges on top of bogus charges, really ------- and your incompetent staff' Are you so hard up' I will tell EVERYONE I know about my experience with your "luxury" apartments (btw, nice new huge sign - not tacky at all). I laugh at you as I ride by to my home because you will not get a single dime from me; I will dispute the charge henceforth and I will cost you a lot more because I have already persuaded two people to check out Centennial Ridge - much nicer, cleaner, and safer. Kiss my butt!
