Going downhill fast

When we moved in, it was great. Clean, quiet, family area. After the first year, it started going downhill. Quality of tenants was lower. Too many times police had to be called for the kids. My 9 year old felt uncomfortable playing on the playground. The outlying housing area is fantastic with great school, but wouldn't recommend living in the apartments. We couldn't wait to move out. My suggestion would be check elsewhere first.

Family environment but Low quality of tenants - Apartments are overrated. Quite dissapointed.
