The positive reviews are obiously Lies in an attempt to protect the company and its image.i want to name those who run this property and are aware of the crime. drugs, gangs, prostitution that exist there. But I feel it is best you ask the Roswell Police Department and the City Council about the goings on there. Better yet, ask the Martins Landing Home Owners Association. Both these entities are strong advocates for the Roswellcommunitiy.Equity is just another self interested enterprise out for its own self worth. I know from personal expierence of this organisation. It is my opinion that the postings just before mine and the one about it being a " Paradise" ,which itself was a truth ,later edited by the manager, who has that ability via a password to this websity. Talk to you nieghbors in the surrounding homes and condos, get involved with the school accross the street where your children attend.get involved with the city councilmeetings and be a voice for change and make Equity clean up its act.

Equity didn't own the complex at the time of this writing. They had already sold it and moved out... just as the residents should. I should know, I worked there, lived there for 6 months under a deluge of roaches every day crawling all over me, and was fired for blowing up at residents who were yelling at me for things I had no control over and was experiencing myself.
