Service sucks!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
 
It is stated in the contract that if something's broken and they were not able to fix it withing 48 hrs, you'll have a month' free. Well, they always have excuses if they were not able to do so, sometimes even putting the blame on the tenant. It really sucks!
