I am getting ready to move here..and I was reading the comments about service not being good..( my paraphrase! ) And while I havent signed any contracts yet, I do recall that the 48 hr service agreement is if its not fixed, you begin to get the extra time deducted off of your rent... for example..if it goes 3 days.. then you get one day's rent off of your month.

Parking there does look a bit crowded and that may be a future concern for me...

I will update in a few months!
