I believe that the new management who took over these apartments is doing a great job in cleaning up. This place has really changed for the better. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place. It seems to me that the only people complaing are those who are causing trouble in the community and they are sensing the heat.

Look at all the reviews. You must have lost your mind. I really believe it was the New management who wrote this review because no intelligent person who has lived there would say that. Management has only raised the rent. The new management lacks professionalism as well as a brain. If this makes you sleep better at night "Mary" then you go ahead and list this LIE!!!! Martins Landing is awful and they have a new management to match it.

Gee, you know what? Let me clue you into several things about this apartment community. First of all Equity residential knew first hand of the structual. electriacal and plumbing problems on this property. Meter banks falling off the sides of several buildings, raw sewage continually coming up from the ground or even inside apartments on a regular basis in buildings 2200, 1700 and 800 and they chose to do nothing about it. buildings 1300 and 400 I know first hand have serious structual problems.As for the type of indivuduals living there, well everyone has the right to a home under the fair housing act, even if they are drug dealers and prostitutes.As for the rest whos sling trash bags in the bushes, up in trees throw cigarette butts all over and wads of gum in the breezways so others will track it in on the carpets or car floor mats, oh have i mentioned those irresponisble pet owners who wont take a simple grocery bag to clean up after thier dogs? It is probably evident by now that I do not live by the same standards ethics and values of those at martins landing (apartment homes) as for the home owners in the community I would think they are working closely with the city council to make some changes. Oh by the way Equity, and quite possibly the new owners are RIETS which means they dont care about the residents, they only care about the share holders.
