We have had nothing but maintenance troubles since before move-in. I say before because our neighbors upstairs have filled us in on issues that should have been resolved before we even moved in. Our carpets were not even cleaned when we moved in which delayed our move in. It took 3 months of constant nagging for them to fix three tiles in the spare bathroom and rehang a towel rack that was knocked off by them when putting in a new electrical box. I mean really, need I say more!
