....I don`t have any credit problems and I`m not one of the disgruntled prostitutes/drug-dealers that supposedly no longer live here.
I`ve tried my best to be nice to the staff which after 6 months of trying - and I`ve tried - has been a waste of time the manager is probably one of the rudest, arrogant women I`ve ever met. The apts are cheap and nasty, bugs everywhere the so called lake is basically a bio hazard which the resident Ghetto people catch fish in every evening - they don`t need drugs the fish must be radioactive. Don`t move here if your fooled by the lies you hear from the staff then come back any Friday night at 9pm!!

The complex is in Roswell, not Alpharetta. Get your facts straight, ialwayskeepitreal. And it isn't ghetto, rhegy, so I don't agree with you either. You may be a bigot like the responders have noted.

Please note the dates that the negative posts were made as a new management company took over and changed EVERYTHING! If you ready everything written 2007 on then you will see mostly positive things.
