OK I have lived here year and a half and when i first moved in I ran bath water for my 2yr old daughter, needless to say it looked like snowflakes in the tub.It took them over 6 months to come and resurface the tub in the hallway bathroom.Still waiting for them to do the other...hmmm::::looks at watch:::over a year and a half later.jeeez ok another problem I had when I moved in was the old carpet, It took them over 2 months to come and clean it,which was really a pain because I had to move all my furniture,and to top it off it was poorly cleaned,Im guessing the guy was in a hurry.Pissed me off caz it took me forever to move everything into the kitchen area to make sure it could be easily cleaned fast.
Lets see..the last office manager got caught putting powder up his nose and the new one has a bit of an attitude problem at times.Like my husband says they need a security officer walking around telling the older kids to stop destroying the lil kids playground and the big ones to stay off the swings,it took them like 4 or 5 months to replace the broken equipment on the playground.I have rescently had a problem with roaches comming in from the ceiling,let me tell ya when they invade they come in giant swarms::ugh::My daughter just turned 4 and goes to Ester Jackson for special needs classes,I think that school and the beautiful lake are the only reasons I havent moved yet.The paint on the walls have bubbles in them.One of the maintenace men always tries to bum cigarettes from my husband,I mean come on they pay ya here right'They shouldnt caz that guy sux anyways.Oh I have this little counter top by the fireplace that is placed at an angle and poorly contructed I mean the wall is cracking and the paint is peeling.Last halloween a tenent left her young kid alone in the house,he ended up burning down a whole building and the way the one exit is set up in this place the fire hoses were dragged across the exit my husband couldnt get out to get me from work so me and my 3 yr old missed out on our halloween and trick or treating because of no other exit out of the place,I feel they really need to fix that because if it would have spread noone could get their cars out with there families or babies.I plan to move as soon as I can but for now I put up with it 4 my daughter going to school 4 special needs.oh I was told I could get lakeside over a year ago when one came available,and a new employee rescently moved into it.Come on I wish I could talk to an owner and get some of these people fired and someone with great leadership and a sense of fairness to come in and straighten this god aweful place out,because its a beautiful place being run and maintained like the dog sh_t laying on the ground outside my apt.If thats not enough someone keeps letting their dogs run freely to piss and sh_t wherever they feel free to.My neighbor had her dog tied up on a lil run while she cleaned her porch and these two dogs that i see often running freely ran up barking forcing her to bring her dog inside.ugh this place needs a security personel riding around on a cart instead of these maintenance men using those carts as four wheelers having fun.Lets see I have many more complaints but if I list them all they will surely pinpoint me out..lol like I need to wait even longer to get my tub resurfaced in my bedroom.I use my daughters and that bathroom has become my husbands..lol Well my obvious opinion is that this place is not the place to move into, and boy I can't wait to speak to an owner.ha I'd have sooooo much to say being here only almost 2 yrs I have seen plenty.
