Sliding downhill rapidly

I have lived in Belcourt for 3 years and have seen the quality steadily decline. Even though the property is heavily wooded, the landscaping has become overgrown and unkempt looking.... Bushes taking over the sidewalks, numerous potholes and lights not working. There is mildew and mold everywhere on the buildings due to the lack of properly functioning gutters. Many people have leaks that have been unrepaired or improperly repaired for months. A light fixture in our breezeway exploded a couple of weeks ago causing a lot of smoke and panic and the ceiling has been down since then and the metal sheathing is still laying on the sidewalk. Also a toilet and bathtub were left in the breezeway in plain sight for a couple of weeks while a bathroom was being repaired and a rusted out air conditioner that had been replaced was left in front of the building for a couple of weeks. I was beginning to wonder if Fred Sanford had moved in.
The managment seems to say what they think you want to hear and then just ignore the problems.
To top it off, while we are all suffering with the disrepair, the leasing office got remodeled....go figure.
