I lived here for 5 years. You get a lot of space for your dollar. However,we had leaks in the ceiling of every room. We had a 2bd/2bth. There was no heat or a/c in either bathroom and in one bedroom. The office told us there was nothing the could do. The place was old and we should just close the vents in the rooms we weren't using! We used every room, that was the reason we rented a 2bd/2bth. Not only was there no heat, but the bathrooms had small holes all along the plumbing letting in cold air and bugs! They actually have wallpaper in the bathrooms. The wallpaper would collect pockets of water so there was mildew and mold everywhere. Even on the ceilings. We had about an inch of water in the light fixture in our kitchen! The upsstairs neighboors toilet would clog and the sewege would seep into our ceiling! Yuck!!!Kids would throw rocks at windows all the time. Our downstairs neighboor was completely nuts and was waiving a gun.The leasing office was the worst. We were moving out and asked for the office to do a walk through with us. They refused. We never got our deposit back for reaons unknown. We called the office to discuss the deposit issue and they accused my boyfriend of calling an office employee the "n Word" which never happened. I am of mixed race and he would never use that word!The scarist place to ever live or even visit!
