Highly NOT Recommended From: aquarius596 Date posted: 9/15/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   I have lived here almost 2 yrs. and since the change in management I have had continuous problems with maintenance. I have submitted written requests, verbal requests, and even obtain signatures from the staff on the maintenance request list (20 plus items) and still have 5 outstanding issues that need attention. I have a beautiful screened in porch that I cannot enjoy due to the water leaks and mold and mildew build up not to mention large gaps and holes in the screens that allow bugs in while trying to enjoy it. I have spoke to other neighbors here to see if they are having any luck and the problems are similar. Price is great but staff is rude when you request maintenance for the 5th time on the same issue.
