Not worth the problems! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/31/2002 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2002   We've lived at Archstone Roswell twice in the last four years -- primarily because of the location and the ability to transfer from one Archstone property to another -- and have suffered through a host of problems and issues! From flooding in our apartment (their fault -- they told us to deal and eventually moved us) to raccoons in the roof (!!!) to black mold growing in our closet/bathroom... they didn't do much to help us. Sure, the office staff was nice -- and there are some WONDERFUL,helpful people in there (Andrea, Stacy) -- but the Office Manager will smile to your face and then do NOTHING to help! We've transferred to another Archstone property (and I have tripled my commute!), but we are MUCH HAPPIER. PLease know that this is not an Archstone problem, but is an Archstone ROSWELL problem!! When I took a new job on that side of town, we were lured back to Archstone ROswell with the promise of a significantly lower rent, etc... but it just wasn't worth the problems@!
