this place is hell.... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/1/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I've lived here since January and I'm moving out in July because this place is pathetic. First of all, they lost my rent check to I had to put a stop payment on it and write them a another check, then they had turned on gas for me because I came from Florida well they turned it on a month early and turned it on for a different apt. After the 3 bills from that apt they finally got my name off that account then being the smart leasing consultants that they are they took my name off the apt that I live in now, so I stopped getting my gas bills because it was in their name then we i finally got it it was over 200 dollars with late charges, thats been a week now and they still havent been able to fix it. My daughter is 2 years old and she could run that office better than all those useless employees. They say theres a brand new fitness center, its far from new there are 3 tredmills only 1 works qand its the size of my sunroom. Everyone be smart STAY AWAY FROM ARCHSTONE ROSWELL...ITS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHES
