I looked at an apartment here in 96. They told me I could put a $300 deposit on an apartment, so I did. They said it was refundable. I found another place and changed my mind, so to avoid problems I cancelled my check. Upon learning my decision, they told me that the deposit was not refundable and demanded the $300. Since I wasn't interested anymore, I refused. They sent my 'account' to collections and have been demanding (now about $1000) from me for never living there. These people suck. Avoid this place like the plague.
