After new management took over all has gone to HELL!!! Ive experienced SIX police incidents (FOUR of which involved loaded weapons!!!) in the last two and a half weeks!!! NEVER a word from the office concerning the incidents but receive a letter at least once a week regarding "Dog Waste" and pets on leashes!!!! Grounds are CONSTANTLY being worked on in the front for false appearances to attract new tennants (except on those special days when they choose to evict someone and dump all of there ---- at the bus stop where my child has to walk over someones belongings to get home!!!!) yet in front of the buildings where people actually have to live is a MESS!!! Child Molestors, thugs, -------- with ten people living in a two bedroom apartment, female attackers, car thieves...ALL WELCOME...all decent hard working people do not move your family here it is TRULY DANGEROUS!! It is actually referred to as "THE COLLEGE PARK OF ROSWELL"!!!!!!! They have a serious sewer problem under the newer buildings, roaches make an every day appearance, cars booming the bass can be heard nightly, women screaming is a weekly occurance, and as previously stated the joy of police lights and sirens blaring can be heard all night long at the lovely Archstone Roswell....so come one come all...load your guns, call your gang members and come join the crime scene!!!!!!
