I have only lived here since September and have had more trouble in the past 3 months than ever before in previous apt. complexes. Upon moving in, the apartment was filthy and smelled like cat pee. We should have turned around and left then. Just weeks after moving in, we were informed that the water company would be changing and were then charged by both water companies for the month of October. Not long after that, we were informed that they would be changing cable companies from Charter to MediaWorks. We would now be charged over $30 more per month! When questioning the mgmt, we were informed that so many people had complained about Charter that they decided to switch. We had no choice. When I called Mediaworks (reluctantly) to arrange the switch, I was informed that although they said they had digital cable, it would not be available until sometime in December. They promised in several reminders they sent about the switch that there would be no disruption in service, but it was 2 days before my cable got turned on and 4 before my Internet connection was set up! The cable has gone out 3 times in less than 2 weeks and they are not quick to fix it. The customer service is terrible and we are getting less channels than we were with Charter and yet still paying more!
To top it all off, the new water company has charged me 4 times my normal water bill for a usage of 5000 gallons (we could never use 5000 gallons)! I have been getting the run around from everyone in the mgmt office and the water company for a week trying to clear this up.
Bottom line - DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!
