I moved on to this community at the end of 2001, believe me it was once a very nice community. We used to enjoy living here.But those are things of the past now.I have seen the quality of service deteriorated immediately after the new management took over.I was told I cannot put the satellite dish anywhere other than my balcony, but I find dishes every where in the community on the roof tops and common grounds. Off late they have made changes to the fitness center as well. They have moved most of the equipments to a crummy little place with no proper door or adequate lightings. They changed the water service and then the cable. The have a " I don't care" kind of attitude. What iam paying now for the cable without digital was the same I was paying for charter with digital and with HBO. On top of changing the water company, I got a letter from the management saying I didn't pay my water bill . I had to dig out all the paid checks and other proof and the office staff accepted they goofed up.Further iam paying much much more for my apartment than that is posted on the website.The maintenance is so bad that is not even worth mentioning about it.Cars breaks are regular here . One of the car near my car was broken open and this happens frequently.My lease is getting over soon and iam sure they are going to increase my rent before which we have planned to move out of this place. Last but not the least it is very safe to walk even on the holcomb bridge road rather than inside the community because of erratic drivers throughout the community. I would say a big "NO" to anyone who think of moving here.
