Rude Staff - Who don't care even when your belongings are stolen!! From: lupe599 Date posted: 2/19/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   Archstone seemed like a great place when I moved in. However, I have recently transfered to a bigger apartment and experienced great dificulty with quality and cleaniness and was infact unable to move into the apartment originally chosen for me. Staff was hard to deal with, did not return phone calls and didn't seem to care that they were breaking promises made to me. Not only that but recently my car was broken into on the premises and they could care less when I asked why flyers hadn't been sent out to residents notifying them that this had been happening. They said they had, but you tell me who received them because the other two tenants in the office when I brought this to their attention had not received them either. According to Roswell Police there has been more than eight breakins to cars and or apartments in the past two months in this community. Why did it take this for me to find that out'' For all future renters don't move here, you might as well live in Concepts 21 or Tahoe and pay less than to pay to live here and still live in the ghetto!
