I agree with the posting from yesterday. While Archstone remains one of the better, affordable apartments to live in Roswell, it seems to be allowing itself to go downhill. A little attention would go a long way. It seems like the office staff have other things to do besides manage the apartments. I thought the point of being in a large complex was that someone in charge was looking out to make sure the rules are enforced and the place is maintained. My neighbors are constantly complaining to the office and they tell me that the office staff just looks at them blankly most of the time. However, I have noticed that there seem to be less children in the streets lately. That was a big problem last summer. I don't know if this is management's doing or summer camps are in session or what. It's nice those landscape trucks are here every Tuesday morning, but I think a little extra money spent on actual apartment maintenance would be well spent. And pay the management staff better so they will CARE. And someone needs to point out to them that pressure washing is suppose to come BEFORE you paint, not after.
