The spacious apartments not worth the hassle when trying to get maintenance to address issues From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/27/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Once upon a time, Archstone was the property to look for. Now, it seems they have taken on a don't care attitude. I moved from Archstone Woodlands who was just starting to loose their luster to Archstone Roswell who's maintenance staff and office reps can care less about the individual apartments or the new residents moving in. One would go crazy trying to get the smallest problems taken care of. That is why after two months, I am leaving.
