Maintence staff and office staff suck. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/2/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I have lived here since August and ever since I have moved in I have nothing but problems. When I first moved in I was excited, now, I wish I would have never moved in. It took several calls to the office to have someone come out and look at my outlets that weren't working. Finally, after 3 weeks two people showed up within two days of each other. Which tells me the maintence staff doesn't communicate. And then, a couple of days later, my hot water heater was leaking. It took me a week to get them to come and fix that. Not only did they not change out my heater for a new one, all they did to the old one was cement the hole. And that still didn't work. Now my carpet infront of my bathroom entrance is wet. Thought it was just a little spot now it has turned into a soaking wet mess. Called maintence they came out and checked it said that they would be back to fix it and never showed back up. probably won't see them until I call again 10 more times.
