I move in in November of 2004. I lived there 2 weeks before my apartment was broken into. My apartment and the guy across the hall were both hit between 6:30am and 10:00am. The burglers simply used a crow bar and forced the door open. I was called from the leasing office and when I arrived there was no sense of urgency. I was accompanied to my apartment at which time I confirmed items were missing. When I tried to lock the door there was noticiable gap which I was assured would be fixed as anyone walking by would see
I had to ask 3x before they finally came and fixed it and then had to literally stand over them to make sure they did it. The leasing office said they would send out a flier to let the other resident know and to inquire if anyone saw anything. Upon my moving out about 1-2 weeks later there was no notice issued.
I am so disgusted with Archstone I would never tell anyone to live in their communities.

Hello, how are you? I was just there last week looking for an apartment. I noticed they changed the name to "Cenntennial Ridge" and it is under new management. I was curious what floor did you live on when your apartment was broken into? Because if it is on the bottom level, from what I always hear it is not the safest level in a apartment complex.
