I have lived here for almost 2 years and am very rarely satisfied by the Leasing Office. Maint. requests are never handled in the 24 hour time period promised and when you complain, the leasing agent says she has never heard anyone else complain about this. According to my neighbors, this is not true. They all have the same problem. The quality of tenants have gone down lately due to a drop in rent prices (but no current tenant is seeing that price break). It's a nice area and I feel pretty safe but it has definitely gone down hill the over the past year.
The one positive thing I will say, though, is they must be pretty well insulated because I never hear my neighbors.
