You get what you pay for. You can't pay for the Holiday Inn and expect the Ritz Carlton. I had a few problems. I will stick to the current management, since it doesn't matter who was there before. A couple times I placed work orders, and they were misplaced, or never input, taking a couple weeks to fix the problem. That was rather irritating. Also some neighbors moved in that were good for leaving their trash on the balcony as opposed to taking it out. So I was not surprised when more bugs were creeping into my apartment. I notified management. The trash was taken out, and pest control came. I have rarely seen a bug since. The apartment is in the woods, there are going to be bugs. But most people know the difference from bugs showing up from the woods, and bugs showing up from nastiness. I never had a problem with noise. The trash compactor gets backed up every once in a while, but I see maintenance trying to make sure it doesn't get too nasty. For the price, I would say go for it. Just don't expect more than the basics.
