Archstone had free yoga and pilates, free tennis lessons, family movie nights and community activities. They maintained the grounds, the pools and exercise facilities and responded to maintenance request within 24 hours. All that changed the minute Centennial Ridge took over. You are lucky to get them to respond to a maintenance request in 24 DAYS. They won't even return a phone call, and forget actually having a life person ANSWER the phone! The pool is so gross I won't let my kids swim in it. To add insult to injury they bombard us with propaganda about how much better everything is. To prove how much better things are they actually raised my rent $70!!! I can't wait to get out of this place!!!

have already built a site it is http://www.centennialridgeapt.com you can also post there your opinions and see pictures of the rats and the holes that they are entering the buildings thru.
