I HAVE LIVED HERE GOING ON TWO YEARS NOW AND I WISH THAT ARCHSTONE WAS BACK. I HAVE RATS CRAWLING IN MY WALL AND I CAN HEAR THEM. THEY ARE SO BAD THAT THEY WAKE ME UP AT NIGHT. I GOT ONE THE OTHER DAY AND I SWEAR THAT THING HAD A TAIL LONGER THEN MY DOGS'. YEW!!.. AND ON TOP OF THAT EVERYTIME YOU CALL THE OFFICE YOU GET THEIR DA** MACHINE AND NO LIVE PERSON. WHEN YOU DO GET A LIVE SOMEONE THEY ARE RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE. THEY TALK TO YOU LIKE YOU ARE DUMB. WHEN I WOULD GO UP THERE TO TALK TO SOMEONE I WOULD WATCH AS ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES WOULD PUT THE PHONE ON NIGHT SO THAT THEY COULD EAT THEIR LUNCH IN PEACE WITHOUT THE PHONE RINGING. I AM MOVING AS SOON AS MY LEASE IS UP. SCREW THIS PLACE. IT ISN'T WORTH THE EXTRA BUCKS THAT I AM PAYING IN RENT. THAT WAS ONE OF MY MAIN CONCERNS WHEN THE NEW MANAGEMENT TOOK OVER. I SPECIFICALLY ASK THEM IF THEY WERE GOING TO UP RENT AND HOW MUCH IT WAS GOING TO COST. THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WEREN'T GOING TO UP THE RENT BUT MAYBE $10 DOLLARS. WRONG WRONG WRONG. THEY NOT ONLY UPPED THE RENT, THE UPPED IT $70 COUNT IT $70 DOLLARS. I AM OUTTA HERE THANK GOD.
